Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?

Delaware courts are slowly reopening to the public. We will try our best to keep with any current deadlines, however, some deadlines will be affected and need to be changed. Please advise any member of our staff immediately if you are ill or quarantined and unable to attend a pending matter.

Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?

Depositions are currently proceeding via video conferencing. Most mediations and arbitrations are also proceeding via video or telephone conferencing. Please be assured that despite the pandemic we are still working hard to resolve your case.
